Exchange and Return Policy

1. Exchange:

  • For a replacement to be valid, the product must have been damaged by the shipping company , and the customer must provide appropriate proof of damage (such as photos or video).
  • The replacement is with a similar product or another product of similar value.


2. Replacement and return costs:

  • The customer bears all shipping costs related to the return/exchange process.
  • If an exchange or return is accepted, only the product value will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs or any other financial charges.


3. Return and Cancellation:

  • Our responsibility for orders ends once they have been shipped , and they cannot be returned thereafter.
  • The order can only be cancelled when its status is "pending review" .


4. Order duration (Shipping/Delivery Time):

  • The order processing and shipping time will not exceed 7 working days at most .
  • Any delay after shipment is considered a circumstance beyond the sender's control, and the carrier (shipping company) bears full responsibility for it and the transport risks chosen by the customer himself.


5. Pets (Pet Purchases):

  • Please note that the purchase of pets does not allow for returns or exchanges under any circumstances, due to the nature of the service and product provided.
